better place would be in practise tool but thats done as a side project by one person in there free time and the time to get that feature aproved would take too long. Tldr model viewer would give the wrong idea about what u see in game from the skin so at most it be a in client video from skin spotlights. The better solution would be to allow testing skins in say practise tool but practise tool in itself is done by one person as a side project and only gets updates when there free and something like enabling skins for preview there would probs take awhile to get aproved and in that time the one person working on it might not have free time once it gets aproved todo it for awhile. As the release date for the Inkshadow skins approaches, fans of League of Legends can look forward to experiencing this exciting new addition to the game's growing collection of skins. skinspotlight or if it was a model viewer then it wouldnt sell the proper experience of the skin since most of the models up close have little details which look off/weird when not viewed at leagues camera angle.
